Terms and condition for butterfly pupae and dried butterfly for export: The minimum orders are 100 pcs. (Please read all the terms and conditions before placing your orders.) All prices are in US Dollar. The minimum orders are 200 pcs. Of assorted pupae. The minimum orders are USD100 of dried butterflies. Place your orders two weeks before the schedule of delivery date to ensure the availability of stock, and to have a time of preparing export permits and other documents. Orders from new customers shall be on proforma Invoice. Availability of every species is not absolutely guaranteed, Insects Connection reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability. We provide a price list upon request. Per order per month for butterfly pupae and no minimum for dried butterflies. You can choose to receive them weekly or monthly. Our usual weekly shipments are on Monday and Friday or Saturday all year round. All butterfly pupae order will be treated as an assorted order. Due to the reason that we are dealing with Mother Nature, we cannot be certain that production of each species can be of 100%. A minimum of 3 weeks advance notice is required for any newly committed order of butterfly pupae and dried butterflies in order for us to program our breeding accordingly. However, there could be incidental exceptions whereby we happen to have excess stock. We require one week in advance obtaining all the necessary export paperwork such as export permit, health certificate, CITES permit, etc. The shipping option we provide is only by air (DHL, Air Cargo or TNT). Any single order will be complete with the confirmation of the mode of transportation by the customer. All prices in the catalogue do not include any shipping charges. All shipping charges will be shouldered by the customer. In the event a product or service is listed. If there is an incorrect price due to typographical error or error I pricing information received from our suppliers, Insects Connection will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product or service listed at the incorrect price. The company will have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have settled your payment charge. If your payment has been settled for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Insects Connection will immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price. You will be informed in your member’s account the actual amount due and choice of mode of payment. Every single purchase order requires a 50% deposit. When a T. T. wire transfer has been made, the customer is required to e-mail the evidence to Insects Connection for clearance of production work or release of shipment to the appropriate courier or shipping services. On top of that with each pupae shipment, a 10% extra pupae stock is always added to your original order quantity (Free of Charge). This is to cover any normal losses due occasional damages or early emergence caused by mishandling or shipment delay for every single shipment. If ever there were any unforeseen substantial damages or losses which are not caused by our company nor the client, our company and the buyer will share out the losses equally.
